I wish i had a picture of this dessert, I love to make it when it's sunny out, so i am hoping Spring is around the corner!
Tropical better than anything cake
1 box of french vanilla cake
1 tin of crushed pineapple ( with juices)
1 cup of sugar
1 box of lemon pudding
2 cups of whipping cream
1 cup toasted coconut
make cake as directed on box
in the meantime, boil pineapple with juice and sugar together and simmer until all the sugar has disolved.
whenthe cake is done poke tons of holes everywhere and pout pineapple mixture over and put in fridge. then make the pudding as directed and when cake is cool add pudding and back in fridge, and then when set ( about 1hr), add whipping cream and coconut!.. sooo deelish. i also add a cadburys flake chocoalte bar ( you can buy them at superstore)
