Friday- grilled chicken, alfredo noodles & steamed veggies
saturday- breakfast for dinner ( and i will have a salad wrap.. dieting)!
sunday- Roast beef dinner
monday- beef & broccoli stirfry
tuesday- lasagna and salad
wednesday- chicken, rice & veggies
thursday- sweet & sour pork

Heidi I honestly can't believe you are dieting...girl you look so good. I think you should enjoy the breakfast dinner with your family...come on be a rebel. LOL Have a great day.
