So i saw this on my friends blog, she makes her weekly menu for all to see & share, what a great idea, I always get soooo bored of the same things. Of course, this is for my family, but there are some days where i do eat differently ( body for life)!
monday: beef & brocoli stir-fry on wild mushroom rice
tuesday: grilled chicken, baked potaoes & salad
wednesday: spaghetti, garlic bread & salad
thursday: ella's birthday.. we eat out :)
friday: grilled pork, rice & steamed veggies
saturday: Ella's BBQ & treats!
sunday: ham dinner with all the trimmings
