body for life.. update

BODY FOR LIFE UPDATE




body for life update!!well I started on Janaury 1st and to date I have lost 16lbs! I am very happy, but will not rest til the additional 34.2 lbs have come off!!! lol It's been easier than i thought. It does take alot of willpower, and dedication, but for me i had no other choice, i was not happy with how I looked. People have asked me what I eat on a normal day, so I thought i would give you a 2 day example!.. you eat 5 to 6 small meals per day
day1:M1: 1 slice of wholewheat toast, with 3 egg whites, and fat free salsa
m2: 7 almonds and a small orange
m3: extra lean turkey or chicken ( deli style) on a wholewheat tortilla loaded with veggies
.m4: 7 almonds and a mozza cheese string
m5: grilled lean pork with 1/2 cup of brown rice and steamed veggies
* i usually just have 5 meals*
day2m1: anytime shake.. 1/4 banana, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese, 1/4 cup skim milk, 4 onz fat free yogurt, and 1 pkg splenda with 5 ice cubes ( blend)
m2: 7 almonds and small applem3: same as meal 3 above ( i never get tired of it)! lol
m4: 7 almonds and 1/2 cup of melon
m5: lean ground turkey with pasta sauce, 1/4 cup of wholewheat pasta, and tons of steamed veggies*** you also need to drink 11 glasses of water per day** i also exericse 6 days a week*.... you get 1 free day of food and exercise per week.
here is a start pic, Ethan was about 6 weeks old, and the other one taken today.. and I'm mad my shirt looks so much cuter IRL! lol

Heidi, you look so awesome! You are giving me total motivation! I used to do BFL, but how are you doing it with a family?

well honestly, at least 3 days of the week, i do eat differently to them, but i'm ok with that. the days i can't be bothered making 2 meals, i make theirs and i have a shake!!

breakfast and lunches are fine, some suppers are BFL firendly that everyne enjoys. for me, i just had to do this. Ethan was my last, so no more excuses for me :(!
