our primary, took all the kids to see the temple today. I was able to go too. Grace & I were so excited. Grace about died when she found out we were going on a school bus, it was a dream to her!! The weather was terrible when se set off, rainy, cold and miserable. On the trip down, we all sang songs, and played a game, and as we got nearer to the temple, the rain slowed down. By the time we got there, it had nearly stopped. All the kids walked around the temple. We learned all about it, took pics, and then got on the bus & came home. it was so neat. Thanks Primary, for a special day!
oh and this is just a funny little story.. They asked the kids to place their hands on the wall of the temple, and to tell themselves they would come back and be married.. as grace did, her little friend, put his arm around her.... soo cute!!!

What a fun activity for your kids. It is so nice to be so close to the temple so that you can do those kinds of things!
That is so cute, and such a good idea for a primary activity. Grace is getting so grown up now - what a little sweetheart!
